The Canadian Space Agency (CSA), in partnership with the National Research Council of Canada's Industrial Research Assistance Program (IRAP), wishes to engage the biomedical, health and performance communities as well as space stakeholders to help identify potential Canadian health and biomedical roles in human deep space missions, and explore new ways to collaborate to improve the innovation process in both space and terrestrial health.

Congratulations to several current and previous OBIO member companies that proudly displayed their cutting edge technologies at the Invictus Games' Accessibility Innovation Showcase. The event featured companies whose technologies help improve the lives o fpeople with disabilities. The Showcase was an official event of the 2017 Invictus Games, and highlighted innovative assistive technologies and devices through interactive exhibits. 

The Invictus Games is an international Paralympic-style multi-sport event, created by Prince Harry of Wales, in which wounded, injured or sick armed services personnel and their associated veterans take part in sports.
