ECHO PITCH 2026

Watch six start-ups from the 2025-26 ECHO (Entrepreneurship for Commercialization of Health Opportunities) program pitch their groundbreaking health technologies and compete for funding from a $200K pool. The pitch competition will feature two streams, General Health and Cardiovascular Health, each offering a $100K prize.

The event will also include a fireside chat featuring Dr. John H. Wong (Co-founder & CEO, Fluid Biomed; Director of Cerebrovascular and Endovascular Neurosurgery, Alberta Health Services) and moderated by Dr. Keith Pardee (Associate Professor, Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy, U of T; Lead Mentor, Health Innovation Hub).

ECHO is a specialized entrepreneurship training program, led by veteran entrepreneurs and consultants across a variety of sectors, and designed to bridge the translational gap for health innovations.
