The CASTL Elevate program is a 4-week hybrid training program designed to help eligible unemployed and underemployed Canadians gain practical, industry-relevant skills and prepare for opportunities in biomanufacturing.

Whether you are starting out, changing direction, returning to the workforce, or exploring the life sciences sector for the first time, Elevate can help you take a focused step forward.

The Elevate program gives participants short-term, career-focused training that can help them build confidence, strengthen their résumés, and prepare for technical career pathways in Canada’s growing biomanufacturing sector.

Through this program, participants gain practical preparation for entry-level roles such as:

• Laboratory technician

• Production technician

• Quality control technician

• Other entry-level technical roles in biomanufacturing environments
