This challenge is seeking innovative solutions to strengthen medical care in resource-constrained operational environments through two challenge streams:

·    Forward oxygen delivery: Portable, high-performance oxygen systems for forward deployment

·    Sustainable surgical capability: Solutions that help surgical teams operate longer with minimal resupply
