Join Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada's 50 – 30 Challenge

The 50 – 30 Challenge, led by Navdeep Bains, Minister of Innovation, Science and Industry, is an initiative to develop a more diverse, inclusive and vibrant economic future for Canadians. The goal is to encourage the private sector to reach 50% gender parity and 30% representation from under-represented groups, including racialized persons, those who identify as LGBTQ2S+, people living with disabilities, as well as First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples, at the board and senior executive levels.
