Ontario Commercialization Partnership Fills Critical Gap for Women Entrepreneurs and Advances Cancer Discoveries

Canada’s future health and life sciences breakthroughs depend on ensuring that talented women entrepreneurs have equitable access to the resources they need to succeed. Through the Women’s Synergistic Entrepreneurship and Economic Development (WeSEED) program, OBIO® and FACIT are empowering women entrepreneurs across Ontario and helping bring life-changing cancer discoveries and innovations closer to patients who need them. The program provides women-led start-ups with business training, venture capital, and other resources.
