Toronto Robotics Start-up Hopes to Expand Options for Surgical Procedures

Revolve Surgical recently announced the completion of the first human surgery with their surgical platform, performed by Joao Rezende-Neto, MD at St. Michael's Hospital. Their mission is to build a future where every patient gets the best surgery possible, where technology makes surgery both better and more accessible. Revolve brings advanced robotic assistance directly to the surgeon at the patient’s side, without the need for large and costly hardware.

Revolve Surgical is an alumnus of our CAAP® program and Life Sciences Critical Technologies & Commercialization (LSCTC) Centre of Excellence, and presented at the OBIO® Investment Summit.
