OBIO® and Life Sciences Central Featured in LSO's Success Stories

Each year, Life Sciences Ontario’s Success Stories publication showcases the organizations, people, discoveries, investments, and innovations shaping Ontario’s life sciences sector. This year’s edition features 54 stories from companies, research institutions and support organizations working in agri-food, diagnostics, education, medtech, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, supply chain and technology.

We are delighted to be featured in Life Sciences Ontario’s 2026 Success Stories magazine, celebrating achievements, contributions, and inspiring stories of Ontario's life sciences organizations.

The Life Sciences Central spotlight on page 18 highlights how it brings together the people, programs and infrastructure that ventures need at every stage of their development, meeting companies where they are to help them reach their next milestone faster. Life Sciences Central is a network launched by MaRS, OBIO®, and TIAP that provides Canada’s life sciences ventures with a single, streamlined point of entry for commercialization support. By aligning resources across partner organizations, it reduces fragmentation, helps companies grow, and builds globally competitive Canadian health innovation.

The OBIO® spotlight on page 20 underscores our dedication and commitment to supporting early-stage and venture-backed life sciences and health tech companies across therapeutic, medtech, digital and consumer health sectors. We enable them to raise capital, hire and train industry-ready talent, facilitate the commercialization and adoption of their technologies in health systems, and access infrastructure across various areas of focus.
