Greg Hood Named CEO of CIMTEC

August 3, 2016 – LONDON, ON The Centre for Imaging Technology Commercialization (CIMTEC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Greg Hood as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.
 
Mr. Hood brings to CIMTEC more than 20 years’ experience managing start-ups and joint ventures. He will play a key role in helping innovative Canadian medical imaging technologies make the leap from the laboratory to the marketplace.
 
Mr. Hood comes to CIMTEC from the Genesis Centre, Memorial University’s business incubator, where he was President and CEO. He is also CEO and co-founder of Ucentrik Inc. Over his career in Canada, the US and internationally, he has focused on establishing vision, strategy and direction for a number of organizations; providing consistent and focused building of profitable businesses; managing multi-site operations; and transforming organizations through change management.
