Winterlight Labs Inc., a company that is developing a proprietary AI technology to identify possible cognitive or functional changes in patients, has raised $5.6 million in new funding. The funding round was led by Hikma Ventures.
Winterlight will use the new funding to extend its technology to additional indications, such as schizophrenia and multiple sclerosis, as well as additional languages.
“Our ultimate goal is to help patients get better sooner by objectively measuring response to therapy in the real world through speech,” said Liam Kaufman, Co-Founder and CEO of Winterlight.
