OBIO H2BB provides pre-screened candidates, advisors and training for all early career roles, including business, quality, regulatory and R&D, with the support of Employment Ontario.

Here is a sample of our pre-screened candidates:
Master of Biotechnology: Ten years of sales experience in molecular diagnostics (food safety) and nutraceuticals and a recent six month internship in marketing and business development. This candidate is fluent in English and Spanish.
Master of Management in Innovation: Work experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst where the candidate was responsible for marketing and sales data analysis and reporting to support marketing campaigns.
Master of Mechanical Engineering: With over 10 years of experience across CPG manufacturing and supply chain management, this candidate is versed in AutoCAD, Supply Chain Guru and has a business-level fluency in Japanese.
Cell Biology PhD: Award-winning experience in science communication (written, video, digital media), a student group financial manager and a marketing lead for a health science start-up.
Certified Clinical research professional: Coordinated Phase IV clinical trials including experience with screening and recruiting clinical study participants, research administration and submission of regulatory documents. This candidate holds an MSc in Public Health and a diploma in Data Management for Clinical Research.
Electrical Engineer with MSc: Programming background in machine learning, computer vision and rapid prototyping languages with industry experience as an Algorithm and Automatic Control Engineer, where this candidate developed, tested and deployed machine learning models. Fluent in English and Spanish.
BSc in Medical Radiation Sciences and Diploma in Computer Programming and Analysis: Experience as a full stack web developer and programmer which included end-to-end web application development and creative engineering. Fluent in several programming languages including C, C++, C#, CSS, HTML, Java, JavaScript, jQuery, NoSQL, PHP, SQL, XML.
PhD with experience in preclinical models for cancer immunotherapy: This candidate also has experience in cloning, protein expression and drug assay development.
